What is 14k gold filled?
Gold-filled jewellery is composed of a solid layer of gold (14k), which must constitute at least 5% of the item's total weight, mechanically bonded to a base metal. Unlike gold plated items, the gold will not peel or flake under normal wear. It is also used as a more economical alternative to pure gold.
How/When will my item be shipped?
Items are handmade to order and will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
If you would like to arrange an alternative shipping method or need to receive the item sooner, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will try to accommodate this.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each item comes beautifully packaged in a presentation box and tied with deep green raffia ribbon. It will be sent in a padded envelope to ensure it arrives safely :)
Can I return/exchange earrings?
Due to health and safety reasons, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.
What if I receive a faulty item?
In the unlikely event that your order contains a faulty item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving this and send a photo of the item so that I can resolve your issue. I will do my best to accommodate you and will offer the option of an exchange, repair or full refund.

However if you are not completely satisfied please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item so I can resolve any issues.
Please note that no refund will be issued until I have received the returned item in its original condition. I would suggest sending this recorded delivery to ensure it arrives safely. Once I have received the item, I will issue a full refund, excluding return postage costs, within 30 days.
I haven't received my item
All items are sent by Royal mail 2nd class post and should arrive within 3-5 working days. Royal mail do not class post as lost until 10 working days after this due date. If you do not receive your items within this time, please contact me and I will either issue a replacement or offer you an exchange.
Exchanges and replacements will not be offered until this 15 working day time limit has passed.
Custom Charges
Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer and the onus is on the customer to check any customs charges, tax or duty which may be payable in their own country before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to this policy.
